GREEN DISPO SANITARY NAPKIN INCINERATOR

An Advanced well engineered product to incinerate used Sanitary pads. Green Dispo incinerates 3 used pads for every 5 min . With the operation of 15 min auto cutoff, 9 pads are incinerated in this duration. The outer body temperature is ambient + 15 degrees maximum .A safe electrical heating unit with time controlled operation., 10 feet flexible aluminum pipe for fume exhaust.

These incinerators are “ ECO - FRIENDLY “ adhering to WHO norms in sanitary pad incineration with 

1. Patent applied product where the patent partners are esteemed central govt. organizations CSIR-NEERI,Nagpur and DST-ARCI,Hyderabad

2. Peak ignition temperature up to 800°C Is achieved ( as per norms)

3. A special provision to supply secondary combustion air for reduced CO in emissions is a 

highlight of our design

4. This provision also improves the heat efficiency of the unit while minimizing the heat transmitted to outer body.

5. Improved insulation methods for minimum outer body temperature

6. Capacity to burn 3 pads every five minutes making it at least 30 pads every hour with only 1000 watts connected heater load.

7. 50 mg ash as residue per pad 

8. Though connected Heater load is 1250 Watts , only 250 W of power consumption per 15 min batch of operation as the system has an auto timer control
